Our 5 Step Search Process
1. Establish Search Priorities:
- Analyse the challenges unique to the organisation and position
- Determine skills, abilities and knowledge required
- Determine a Candidate Specification detailing the following:
- The Company
- Key Challenges
- Experience, Competencies and Qualifications required
2. Determine Search Strategy:
- Decide between a silent Head-hunt, or a hybrid of both Head-hunting and Advertised Search
3. Attract and Evaluate Candidates:
- Confirm method of approaching potential candidates
- Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews with candidates based on the skills, knowledge, abilities and aptitudes outlined in the position specification
4. Shortlisting – Client Interviews:
- Present a shortlist of 3 – 6 qualified candidates each with a written analysis following our interviews and informal referencing
5. Complete the Search:
- Thorough background checks and referencing of the selected candidate
- Assist in negotiations over compensation and other terms to help finalise the search
- Follow up with both the candidate and client periodically to ensure there is a good fit
