Prohibitions of Use

You warrant that you are the owner of all and any material that you post or alternatively that you have obtained the necessary consent(s) from the owner(s) of the material.
Employment Related Matters
Without prejudice to the rights afforded to us, we make no representation and do not warrant the following matters:

– The suitability of any individual for positions posted on the Site
– That any user of the Site will keep the information posted confidential
