Personal service and specialist golf industry knowledge to drive new boutique executive search business
DPSM Consultants, headed by golf recruitment specialist Douglas Philip, to serve EMEA golf sector
Today marks the launch of DPSM Consultants, a new specialist executive search company working exclusively within the EMEA golf industry and focused on senior appointments across the resort, club, equipment and machinery, manufacturing, apparel and golf travel sectors.
Headed by Douglas Philip, a well-known recruitment specialist in golf, DPSM Consultants will focus on delivering a discrete, highly professional and personal service, specifically recruiting for senior management positions.
Philip, who spent five years as a senior consultant at Colt Mackenzie McNair managing assignments across the EMEA region, commented: “My passion is headhunting, but headhunting backed by superior levels of customer service.
“DPSM Consultants will not be a volume business, we will take on fewer searches than our competitors, but spend greater levels of time researching the best candidates. Our sole aim is to pinpoint the finest executive talent for our clients, and to offer them a five-star, confidential service.”
To build on service levels to clients, DPSM is adding specialist expertise to its Advisory Board, which will cover niche areas within the industry.
Turfgrass, an agronomy consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland, is the first organisation to join DPSM in an advisory capacity, and will assist throughout the search process for Course Superintendents and Managers.
